What this is
This little bit describes the building of a house in Santa Cruz, CA.
Actually it describes more than that since I'm going to start at the
beginning (oddly enough!).
I'm leaving out names and some details.
The dates before June 2001 are rough. A full
history will be
available after we move in, around February 2002.
Finally, I'll be updating the text only when interesting things
happen, probably about once a week. The picture will be
updating continuously.
Note:Each day has two ``Video'' links which
simply show what happened that day. Go to
movies for more details. The pages
are updated automatically. I only update the
latest news
when something interesting happens.

- Let's start with the basics: my wife, Lynn, and children
Alex & Adrianna. We certainly wouldn't have come this far
without their incredible patience.
- Big thanks to Alex and Alison who are hosting the
camera & associated equipment smack dab in the middle of
their living room (OK, not
really, but off to the side under the window, but obnoxious none
the less). They're also generous enough to give me net access.
